1. What will happen to my IT personnel if I should purchase an Abtech Support solution?

Abtech Support has various ways to help with your IT staff.  Abtech Staffing can find them replacement jobs as part of meeting your IT requirements and based upon your needs and their capabilities, and/or hiring them ourselves to continue to administer within your IT department as part of our staff.

2. If you are in San Diego and we are across the country, how can you provide support for our customer?

Abtech Support has certified engineers in 17 offices nation-wide, over 500 support contracts with 20,000 line items, and can provide the level of response support you need with minimal downtime and hassle.

3. Why can’t I find any pricing on your website?

Abtech does not publish pricing because each of our refresh solutions is tailored to the specific needs of your business.  However, our sales consultants can provide you with a detailed quote after reviewing your company’s needs and requirements so that an informed business decision can be made.

4. What response times does your company do once we call or e-mail you via your website, for help?

The response time varies on your agreement... immediate response time for help desk services. On-site support services range from 2hr, 4hr, 6hr call to repair, next day, 5 days a week, 7 days a week.

5. What experience do your hardware and software engineers have?

Over 80% of our engineers previously worked for major manufacturers such as Hewlett-Packard and Sun Microsystems. In addition our engineers are constantly training on the latest in hardware and software developments to stay ahead of technological advancements in the IT world.

6. If I want my photocopiers and other office equipment covered, can you do that too?

Abtech has programs flexible enough to include basic office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines, etc.

7.Tell me more about a DR solution that I can get from you?

Abtech Support can offer you a range of Disaster Recovery solutions to maintain your business continuance.  We can host a DR plan on our site or at another location that you designate.  We will custom configure each system to mirror that of your existing systems to minimize down time.

8. How often will you refresh my systems?

Abtech Support will work with you to determine what is the best time frame to refresh your systems on an ongoing basis. However, with your initial solution purchase, your computer systems will be refreshed immediately with the latest technology.
